4. How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

Your Personal Data will not be retained beyond the duration strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as outlined in the Policy and in accordance with the Regulation and applicable laws. Specifically, Personal Data used to respond to your requests for information and contact are retained:

- If a subscription to the Platform is made: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with the statute of limitations;
- If no subscription is made: for three (3) years from the last interaction with you.

Personal Data used for commercial prospecting and communication purposes is retained for a maximum of three (3) years from the end of the contractual relationship or the last interaction with you. Your Personal Data is deleted when the aforementioned retention periods expire.

We do not transfer your Personal Data outside the European Union.

In the event of exercising this right, we commit to communicating any rectification to all recipients of your Personal Data.
